Edible Education Experience welcomes you to attend our monthly "how-to" nights. Whether you're interested in the topic or already have experience, join us for an evening filled with a topic expert, light bites, and take home goodies.
Calling parents and teenagers! Come learn how to cook delicious and nutritious food with Dr. Hanna. We will learn how to choose healthier foods to cook without breaking the bank.
Dr. Hanna is a local pediatrician with Advent Health who is passionate about improving the nutritional health of families. As a pediatrician, he counsels parents and children on how to have a more well rounded diet, with a special focus on children who are picky eaters or have sensory processing disorders such as in Autism. He trained in culinary medicine in New Orleans and is passionate about making healthy food that is both colorful and flavorful. He hopes by the end of the class, you will have learned essential cooking techniques, family focused meals, and how to save time and money while cooking healthy.
This workshop is a great introduction into family nutrition, we highly encourage families to sign-up for this class to experience hands-on learning.
