Use your garden’s abundance of fresh herbs by learning creative and delicious ways to preserve them for year-round use! You’ll learn practical techniques to preserve the vibrant flavors of herbs like basil, rosemary, thyme, and mint, while enhancing your everyday cooking.
Interactive guidance and samples of herb-infused creations will be provided, so you can experience the amazing flavors and take home ideas to bring your garden into the kitchen! Perfect for food lovers, home cooks, and gardeners.
Lauren will provide an herbal craft market at the end of class to purchase handcrafted herbal culinary and body care creations. Payment can be taken via Venmo, Zelle, or cash.
Registration includes admission to the beautiful gardens before or after class.
