Culinary Class: Italian Soups & Stews

In this comforting class, instructor Julie Parisi will take us into the autumn season by leading a hands-on demonstration through 3 Italian soup recipes including Lasagne Soup, Italian Wedding Soup, and Ribollita. Students will hand form the meatballs and chop ingredients to cook at their own stations. Recipes, cooking equipment, and ingredients will be supplied and students will take each of their creations home in pint-sized containers to enjoy.

This will be held in the Culinary Kitchen, within NewBo City Market.
