Program:

9:00 am: As you step into our workshop, the aroma of freshly brewed coffee and sweet orange juice fills the air. Enjoy a warm welcome with our signature Torta.
9:30 am: Let Chef Luciano guide you on a journey through the art of making salami. Learn the secrets of cutting, mincing, and mixing the finest meat from our local farms.
11:00 pm: Take a break and indulge in a light lunch of penne with savory tomato sauce and a side of fresh salad.
12:00 pm: It’s time to put your new skills to the test as you stuff your own salami. With Chef Luciano’s guidance, create your very own masterpiece. As the class comes to an end, savor the satisfaction of creating your own delicious salami.

  • Wine, beer, mixed, and soft drinks will be available for purchase on-site. Feel free to bring your own wine for a small fee of $15.
