Culikid's 2/4 In-Person Dumpling Cooking Class for Neurodiverse Children!

Culikid is excited to invite you to our first Pop-Up Cooking Class of 2026, hosted in partnership with and led by chef facilitator Lenny An.

In honor of the Lunar New Year, children will take part in a guided, hands-on dumpling-making experience, preparing fillings and wrapping dumplings together while learning about cultural traditions and foods. This class is designed to be welcoming, inclusive, and supportive for children of all abilities, ages 5 through 13.

Children will be supported by trained volunteers throughout the cooking process. No prior cooking experience is required.

Please note: We are unable to accommodate gluten-free, soy-free, or sesame-free dietary needs. A vegan option will be available. If you have any questions, please contact us at [email protected].

What to Expect:

• Hands-on dumpling making (filling and wrapping)

• If dropping off, guardians should plan to pick up their children at 7:00pm.
• Guardians should plan to bring children no earlier than 5:15pm. Class will promptly begin at 5:30pm.
• Space to connect through culture, food, and traditions
• A supportive, sensory-aware learning environment
