Welcome - Course Intro, Overview and Discussion

Simple & effective cues.
Logical cueing formulas
Action focused vs. experience oriented cues
Learn to communicate anatomical cues with language that empowers students. (Word choice matters.)

This weekend immersion is for yoga teachers, yoga teachers in training and any group movement teachers that use cueing and sequencing in their practice with students.
Investment: $360 - for full series / sessions are not able to be taken separately
15 Continuing Education Hours available through Yoga Alliance for registered yoga teachers.
