This exciting two-day workshop invites you into the cozy world of Cuddle® fabric using the powerful BERNINA L8 Series Serger.
Whether you are new to serging or an experienced sewist,
you'll build confidence, learn new techniques, and leave inspired!
Day 1: Basics & Learn How to Make a Cuddle® Infinity Scarf
The workshop begins with the essentials: how to handle, cut, and serge Shannon Fabrics’ signature Cuddle®. Attendees will explore the differences in fabric qualities and get a solid introduction to the BERNINA L8 Series Serger. The day includes a beginner friendly Infinity Scarf everyone can wear home. This project builds comfort with key serging techniques.

Day 2: Perfect Skills & Learn How to Make a Cuddle® Throw Blanket & Pillow.
Participants complete two take-home projects: a soft, luxurious lap blanket and a coordinated envelope-style pillow including a Shannon Fabrics brand pillow form. These projects reinforce skills from Day 1 and introduce new techniques while offering beautiful, giftable results.
