Hello lovely people! ?I am very happy to announce that our next cuddle will be held on 11th of February in Lisbon!
Cuddle Party is a safe space that you would like to visit again because at a Cuddle Party you can:
❤️ Manifest yourself physically and emotionally, while receiving gentle support from the participants.
❤️ Receive and give care.
❤️ Discover new facets of contact with your own body.
Also the Cuddle Party is:
❤️ Non-sexual event.
❤️ There is no goal here to hug everyone, rather you can enter body contact by mutual agreement. By giving and receiving consent.
❤️ An opportunity to practice saying no ethically.
❤️ An opportunity to relax in a pleasant atmosphere.
❤️ And for some people, the Cuddle Party can be a very therapeutic place.
The structure of the Cuddle Party is consist of 3 parts:
Introduction. We begin with an introductory circle, do slowing down practises and talk through the rules of the Party. Then we do exercises to relax our brains, bodies and learn ethical communication with each other.
Free part. Every participant can do everything they want in a frame of the Cuddle party and Party`s rules.
Finalizing circle and sharing.
The Cuddle Party host is Alina Vinogradova ( https://www.facebook.com/alina.vesnaa/ )- sex therapist/ body-emotional therapist.
Cuddle party duration is from 17:15 until 21:15 pm.
Price : 45 eur per person and 80 per couple.
Notice that we have a small “interview” with all new participants, so we could make our place safe and comfortable for everyone.
Pre registration is required. Number of participants is limited.
