The Cube of Truth is een straatcampagne die op een gestructureerde manier directe actie met het publiek mogelijk maakt. We gebruiken standaard praktijkbeelden die op schermen worden weergegeven om de waarheid over de veehouderij aan het publiek bloot te leggen en één-op-één gesprekken om hen voor te lichten over de uitbuiting van dieren.
Maskers, borden en outreach-kaarten worden verstrekt door de organisatoren. Neem een volledig opgeladen laptop of tablet mee als je die hebt, met onze standaard Cube-beelden en aanbevolen mediaspeler al gedownload en klaar om in een lus af te spelen. Het is belangrijk om uw apparaat van tevoren klaar te maken. Zorg ervoor dat uw apparaat is gedempt, dat Wi-Fi is uitgeschakeld (om de levensduur van de batterij te verlengen), dat de helderheid is gemaximaliseerd en dat de wachtwoordbeveiliging is uitgeschakeld.

Als u een Kubus van Waarheid bijwoont, neem dan geen tassen of persoonlijke bezittingen mee, tenzij dit absoluut noodzakelijk is. Als u dat doet, betekent dit dat u uw tas tijdens het evenement draagt, dus pak licht in. Alle voorwerpen die naar de Kubus worden gebracht, vallen onder uw verantwoordelijkheid. ORGANISATOREN ZULLEN NIET OPSLAAN EN ZIJN OP GEEN ENKELE WIJZE VERANTWOORDELIJK VOOR UW PERSOONLIJKE BEZITTINGEN.
Draag altijd ECHTE ZWARTE kleding die geschikt is voor het weer, zonder afbeeldingen, logo's van andere organisaties en/of berichten die niet in overeenstemming zijn met ons abolitionistische standpunt, of draag kleding met het AV-merk zonder de regel "dieren · milieu · gezondheid". Dit is essentieel voor onze esthetiek. Officiële AV-kleding kun je kopen op onze website: cubeoftruth.com. Er mogen absoluut geen van dieren afkomstige kleding, schoenen en nepbont (inclusief nepbontranden) worden gedragen in een Kubus van Waarheid.
Respecteer te allen tijde de organisatoren van AV-afdelingen en andere vrijwilligers, houd u aan onze structuur en vertegenwoordig onze kernwaarden terwijl u een Kubus van Waarheid bijwoont. De ernst en professionaliteit van onze acties zijn rechtstreeks evenredig met hoe het publiek ons waarneemt.

The Cube of Truth is a street outreach campaign that employs direct action with the public, in a structured manner. We use standard practice footage displayed on screens to expose the truth about animal agriculture to the public and one on one conversations to educate them about animal exploitation.
Masks, signs, and outreach cards are provided by the organisers. Please bring a fully charged laptop or tablet if you have one, with our standard Cube footage and recommended media player already downloaded and ready to play on a loop. It is important to prepare your device ahead of time. Make sure your device is muted, has Wi-Fi disabled (to preserve battery life), has brightness maximized and password protection disabled.

When attending a Cube of Truth, please do not bring bags or personal belongings unless you absolutely need to. If you do, this means you will be wearing your bag for the duration of the event, so pack lightly. Any items brought to the Cube are your responsibility. ORGANISERS WILL NOT BE STORING AND ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS IN ANY WAY.
Always wear weather appropriate PLAIN BLACK clothing without any graphics, logos of other organisations, and/or messages not in line with our abolitionist stance, or wear AV branded clothing without the line "animals · environment · health". This is essential to our aesthetic. You can purchase official AV clothing on our website: cubeoftruth.com. Absolutely no animal derived clothing, footwear and no fake fur (including faux fur trims) is to be worn at a Cube of Truth.
Respect AV chapter organisers and other volunteers at all times, adhere to our structure and represent our core values while attending a Cube of Truth. The seriousness and professionalism of our actions are directly proportional to how the public perceives us.
