In Havana, the team worked to develop the treatment, in spite of being challenged by the US embargo. Dr. Blanchett brought his patients to Cuba to treat them successfully with NeuroCIM. Other medical advancements have been discovered there-a vaccine for cancer, and for diabetic ulcers. However, the US has refused to recognize them.
