Cuban Salsa Class with Eric Celestino & Abigail CelestinoOur Cuban Salsa class is designed for dancers who already have some experience or basic foundation and are ready to deepen their skills. This is a beginner-to-intermediate level class, and all levels are welcome — we structure the class in a way that supports everyone in the same space.
In this class, you will learn the fundamentals of Cuban Salsa, including body movement, rhythm, musicality, footwork, partner connection, and partnerwork patterns inspired by authentic Cuban dance culture.
We focus on proper technique, coordination, flow, and natural body expression, while also building confidence and strong foundations.
Classes are structured with:
• Warm-up and body movement
• Footwork and rhythm exercises
• Partnerwork technique
• Short combinations and practical applications
Our goal is to help you understand how to dance salsa, not just memorize steps — developing timing, connection, and a comfortable, joyful way of dancing.
