Since Concordia University is an organization distinct from the Bar of Quebec, you must declare your hours of training in your personal file. A certificate of attendance representing 1.5 hours of continuing education will be issued to those lawyers who attend this conference.

As the Incident Response Lead at Deloitte, Marco has been instrumental in fortifying systems against cyber threats. is a technology lawyer in Fasken’s privacy and cybersecurity group. He advises some of Canada's largest organizations and startups, drawing on more than seven years' experience in consulting at the confluence of law and technology. He finds practical solutions to data protection issues, including preparing for and responding to cybersecurity incidents.
