Gavin Quayle will discuss the tax administration rules every tax adviser needs to know, and provide practical insights when dealing with the ATO to best service your clients. Gavin’s unique experience enables him to provide a dual perspective from both a tax adviser and former ATO decision-maker.

Gavin Quayle is the Principal of Hilltop Tax Advisory, a boutique Chartered Accounting practice specialising in advising small & medium businesses, individuals, and private groups. Gavin has over 17 years’ experience spanning the ATO and Big Four accounting firms, and his experience includes leading objections teams and audit teams at the ATO, and advising private groups and high net worth individuals while in public practice. Gavin’s expertise includes private group structuring, divestments, rollovers, trusts and representing clients when dealing with the ATO. He holds a Master of Taxation and a Bachelor of Laws, and is a Chartered Accountant, a Fellow of The Tax Institute and a Registered Tax Agent.
