Replenish thy spirit, mind and body for the week to come this Saturday with Community Services Unlimited's "Morning of Wellness."
CSU's Morning of Wellness offers a beautiful yoga session lead by the talented founder of Body Noire, Ashley Reed. Bring your spirit, mind and body and a friend. Yoga mats are available. Mask are required.
CSU's Morning of Wellness is a free event, but we encourage donations to Body Noire to show appreciate. No one will be turn away for lack of funds. There are only 20 slots available.
In addition, attendees will also receive:
- 15% off discount at the Village Market Place (located on site) on our Morning of Wellness Menu
- Access to a mobile COVID-19 vaccination center for walk-up vaccinations
