Details: To commemorate Master Gichin Funakoshi's ("Father of Modern Karate") death (April 26, 1957), we will dedicate a special Punch Practice performing 500 oizuki techniques. Then apply punches against a bag and a real opponent. Join us in this intense practice and challenge yourself to bring out your inner strength!
