Come play on your belly and learn about 4-way! This workshop is geared toward anyone who can consistently take docks on a formation - no prior 4-way knowledge required. We'll spend the day practicing common 4-way exits and many of the formations in the intermediate 4-way dive pool. New to 4-way? Don't worry - our mentors will explain all of the FS jargon like slots, keys, centers, wings, randoms, blocks, and more. Our mentors will also help prep and video debrief groups with individualized feedback.
