About CS3: The Center for Smart Streetscapes (CS3) is a National Science Foundation Engineering Research Center taking a unique approach to streetscape research by uniting community members, researchers, students, government officials, and industry partners. CS3 is a partnership between Columbia University, Lehman College, Rutgers University, Florida Atlantic University, and the University of Central Florida.
