CS2 Tournament (single day)

CS2 Double Elimination Tournament Rulebook

Time: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

This tournament is a 4-team double elimination Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) competition. Each team consists of 5 players. Teams must lose two matches to be eliminated.

• Each team must have exactly 5 active players (no substitutes unless approved beforehand).
• All players must check in by 11:45 AM.
• Teams not present by 12:00 PM may forfeit their first match.
• A Steam account is mandatory for all players. If you do not have one, create and configure it before the tournament.

• Bracket Type: Double Elimination
• Match Format:
• • All matches: Best of 1 (BO1)
  • Grand Final: Best of 1 (BO1)

• Standard CS2 Competitive settings apply.
• Map Pool:
• • Mirage
  • Inferno
  • Dust II
  • Nuke
  • Overpass
  • Ancient
  • Anubis
• Map Selection (BO1):
• • Teams alternate bans until 1 map remains.
• Side Selection:
• • After the final map is determined, the team that did not make the last map removal chooses the starting side.

• Max Rounds: 24 (MR12 format)
• Overtime: Enabled (MR3, $10,000 start)
• Server Settings: Default competitive configuration

• No cheating, exploits, or third-party software.
• Unsportsmanlike conduct may result in warnings or disqualification.
• Admin decisions are final.

• All equipment will be provided by the organizers.
• Players are responsible for having a working Steam account ready prior to the event.

• Entry Fee: $50 per team
• Prize: $100 awarded to the tournament winner

• Organizers reserve the right to modify rules if necessary.
• Any disputes will be handled on-site.
