This nourishing, hands-on day is designed as a practical and grounded introduction to working with crystals, chakras and pendulums for your own wellbeing and self-development.

Throughout the day, we explore:
• How crystals work energetically (including science, symbolism and spiritual history)
• Choosing, cleansing and programming your crystals
• An introduction to the 7 main chakras and recognising imbalance
• Matching crystals to chakras for support
• Pendulum work for guidance and energy checking
• Simple crystal layouts for safe self-healing
You’ll also receive a beautifully designed workbook to take home, including crystal meanings, chakra information, pendulum charts and space for personal reflection.
