Crystal Sound Bowl Meditation

Join us for an enchanting evening of Crystal Bowl Meditation with Lisa McDonald, RYT.

This meditation will start with 15 minutes of gentle stretching to relax the body before settling into an hour of crystal bowls. The bowls work on a vibrational level to invigorate chakra energy and bring your system back in balance. It is an experience that will leave you relaxed and refreshed when you awaken after the meditation.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat, pillow, blanket and any other item that will help you lay or sit comfortably.

If you have sensitive hearing or suffer from any inner ear conditions, please bring a set of soft ear plugs to dampen the sound.
