You are invited to join us for a relaxing 7 Chakra Crystal Bowl Sound Healing event focusing on a ‘Renewal/Rebirth’ theme and accompanied by soothing meditation music.
The sound and vibration of Crystal sound bowls reduces stress and tension and creates a relaxed meditative state. This is when healing the mind and body begins.
