You are invited to join us for a relaxing 7 Chakra Crystal Bowl Sound Healing event at Inward Bound 1641 Commanche Ave - Suite D (Adjacent to Turtle Island Gifts).
The sound and vibration of Crystal sound bowls reduces stress and tension and creates a relaxed meditative state. This is when healing the mind and body begins.
This month's theme is focusing on ‘Reflection and Insight’ and is accompanied by soothing meditation music
