In this deeply relaxed intuitive space, it's possible for you to connect with your own heart & soul for insights, guidance, healing. Their vibrational power will also help you re-calibrate and rejuvenate as your cells will be infused with Light.
Our whole body down to our very own DNA is crystalline in structure causing it to respond & resonate with the extraordinary frequencies of quartz crystal. For centuries the power of sound has been used by many spiritual traditions. The crystal bowls are the ideal tools in this age of awakening.
I'll play the crystal singing bowls on, above & around your body; crystals stones will also be placed on & around body; this event may also include breathing techniques, creative visualizations, Shamanic chanting, inspirational music, hands on energy healing etc... I follow my intuitive inspiration as to what the group needs. Every session is unique.
You'll lie down in a comfortable mattress. No need to bring anything as I have all props (pillows, blankets, eye pillows etc). location is Engadine, Sutherland Shire, Sydney.
