Crystal Sound Bath

Darling one, the season of descent is calling, and you’re invited to gather by candlelight to honour the liminal, turn our attention inwards and sink into deep rest. Sunday 18th October at 6pm - 7pm at Rockwater in Hove.

Beneath candlelight, we will gather for a deeply immersive sound bath, allowing crystal singing bowls to carry us gently into stillness. As the sounds move through the body, the edges between breath, memory, sensation and dream begin to soften.

Together, we will honour what has been, surrender what is ready to fall away and spend a little time in the liminal — listening to the season, to the body, and to the quieter things that only become audible when the world grows still.

What to expect

On arrival, you’ll be invited to settle into your space and get comfortable lying down. We’ll begin with a short guided meditation to help ground us into the space and connect to the collective energy of the room.

I’ll then begin the Sound Bath using crystal singing bowls, allowing the gentle waves of sound to wash over you. This is your time to simply rest and receive.

As the session comes to a close I’ll softly guide you back with my voice. You’ll then be invited to spend a few quiet moments journaling, noting down anything that may have surfaced during the experience, whether reflections, emotions, or an intention you’d like to carry with you into the week ahead. Much like waking from a dream, insights can feel vivid in the moment but fade as we move back into the rhythm of the day, so capturing them while they’re fresh can be a beautiful part of the practice.
