Crystal Singing Bowls Sound Healing

Take a break from the daily rush and step into a space of pure stillness. Join us for a restorative Sound Healing session centered around high-vibration Crystal Singing Bowls.
In this special session, the crystalline sound waves of quartz bowls will be paired with Light Language—an intuitive, vocal form of sound healing that bypasses the busy analytical mind. These vocal frequencies and energy codes work directly with your energetic field to gently loosen stored stress, clear mental fatigue, and align body, mind, and spirit.
No prior experience with sound healing or light language is needed—simply lay down, close your eyes, and allow the light codes and sound waves to wash over you.
What your journey will look like:
-Arrival & Settling In: Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed into a calm, nurturing environment. Take your time to set up your space
-The Sound Journey: As you settle in, we will begin with a gentle grounding practice to help you arrive fully in your body. From there, you will be bathed in the soothing, resonant frequencies of crystal singing bowls. The pure tones gently guide your mind into a deeply restful state.
-The Experience: During the session, all you need to do is lie back, close your eyes, and allow the vibrations to wash over you. It is completely normal to feel deep relaxation, experience gentle shifts in energy, drift off into a light rest, or even fall asleep.
-Integration & Closing: We will close the session with a slow, gentle transition back to waking consciousness, giving you time to integrate the experience, stretch, and ground before stepping back into your day feeling renewed and centered.
