This is why sound therapy has been used for years to help people improve their mental health, overcome insomnia and generally improve their quality of life.
Our sound bath uses 16 crystal quartz singing bowls tuned to the notes of the chakra system. This class will help to balance your chakra system and bring your whole being into a deep relaxation and meditative state.
We offer heated and non- heated massage tables for you to lay down on or antigravity chairs. Pillows, blankets and eye pillows provided. You may bring your own for extra comfort.

Prior to attending class please be well hydrated and have a small snack before attending. Meditation works best on a half-full stomach. Sound healing therapy has been known to lower blood pressure. If you have any pre-existing health issues, especially those that pertain to low blook pressure please be cleared by your medical provider before attending. Feel free to bring a pair of ear plugs for added comfort.
