Embark in a deep meditative journey. Let the singing bowls vibrations and frequencies wash over you and help to heal and repair one's self. You will lay down on a yoga mat or something comfortable (We have a few gravity chairs - upon request with advance notice)
Some people will bring a small pillow and light blanket. From there you will be guided on how to start relaxing your mind, body, and soul.
