Crystal Singing Bowl Meditation

This crystal singing bowl meditation will begin and end with some ambient music. Before the meditation starts everyone will have the opportunity to receive some essential oil drops, and follow along in some breathwork. Once the mediation begins, the sound will begin to flow through you; vibrating every cell in your body. You may experience pleasant relaxation, clarity on something troubling you, lucid dreaming, deep restful sleep, hidden emotions may surface to be processed, or even an out-of-body experience may occur.

By the end of this experience, you should feel as though your "monkey mind" has slowed down, and you find it easier to ground yourself in the present moment. Gratitude should come easier over the next week along with self-love. At the very least, you will leave with a better understanding of sound healing & its effects.
