Join Jodie as she guides us through a sound journey meditation. Using a variety of crystal bowls, chimes, and rattles to illuminate our senses.Sound healing has been used in many societies around the world for centuries. Singing bowls have many benefits from relaxation of the body and mind, promoting healing on a cellular level, improves brain function, helps calm overactive adrenals, and so much more.
Jodie, the owner of Shanti Revolution Yoga Shala, is a yoga instructor, Reiki master teacher, certified crystal healer, sound healer and musician among many other things. She experienced first hand the benefits of sound healing in the beginning of her awakening five years ago and was called to share with others. She offers sound healing therapy in groups as well as private sessions.
Bring a Yoga mat, blanket, pillow and whatever else you need to be completely comfortable, so you can fully relax and allow yourself to receive the incredible benefits of this sound healing meditation.
