Crystal Bowl Sound Bath + Reiki Energy Healing

Join Reiki Master and Sound Healer Justine SanFilippo on Sunday, September 28th at 2:00 pm for relaxation and recalibration! Each crystal sound bowl is tuned to the frequency of the chakras. Just by lying down, closing your eyes, and listening to the sound bowls, they will do their magic. Each person will also receive Reiki energy healing to help rebalance and cleanse the energy system. During the session, you will be laying down the whole time, so feel free to bring what you need to be comfortable, such as a pillow, blanket, and eyemask. A yoga mat will be provided, or you can bring your own. Please arrive a little bit early to get set up.:)
