Join Stacey Friedman, CHMRP, of Lucky Girl Health & Wellness for a beautiful experience bathing in harmonic frequencies designed to calm the mind and soothe the nervous system.
Stacey will open the sacred space with a short guided meditation and then play 7 quartz crystal bowls to relax and restore you. She will offer 2 bonus mini-attunements (with a tuning fork and then a crystal pyramid) to help you release any negative energy you wish to release during this full moon event.
Participants are encouraged to bring water, soft blankets, pillows, yoga mats, crystals and any other items that promote comfort and relaxation. If you are sensitive to sound, you may want to bring ear plugs. All who attend will receive a small, high-vibration gift.
