- 15 - 20 mins of gentle guided Somatic Meditation to connect with the body and emotions
- 45 - 50 mins of deeply relaxing sound bath in comfortable lying down positions
Yoga mats, thin blankets, cushions and eye masks are provided. Feel free to bring journals, or anything else that you might need for your comfort and integration.
