I'm so excited to be bringing my beautiful Crystal Bowls to Carlisle - Friday July 5th 7.30-9pm.
This stunning new studio has the perfect accoustics for the sound - located in the city centre at Lady Jades Zen Den, (near marks and spencers).
£22 per person - limited places booking essential.
Lie back and relax while the bowls drop you through the different brain states into a deep meditative relaxation.
The sound works with every cell of the body bringing them into alignment at their optimum resonant frequency. This allows the cells to enter into a state of healing and wellbeing.
Sound baths can help support the body heal emotionally and physically.
