This evening event in the beautiful St. Grwst Church by the Conwy River in Llanrwst will help you to re-balance your energy levels and enter into deep relaxation. I will take you through a short yoga sequence, a long relaxing Yoga Nidra - which is meditation and relaxation combined - and then the sounds of percussion and Crystal Bowls will wash over and through you to bring a sense of healing, restoration and rejuvenation.
Please arrive ready to start at 7.00pm. You will offered a hot drink and invited to take time to set out your Rest Nest in this stunning venue. After our session, there will be hot drinks, fruit and cake to help you to ground before stepping back into reality!
