Crystal Bowl Sound Bath at Family Social House

Dress comfortably, and bring your own mat and pillow if you prefer. During this special evening session, we will begin with a meditation and Dr. Asia will play crystal quartz bowls to allow your mind and body to release tensions, enter dream-like states, and find parts of your mind you may not have known were available. Come, bring a friend and/or meet new people, and enjoy a relaxing evening.
