No skills, abilities, or beliefs are required to take this course. Regardless of your experience with meditation and/or instruments, we promise that Foundations in Vibration will meet you right where you are.The intention behind our introductory course is to empower you on your journey of expression and healing through the playing of Crystal Singing Bowls.
Each lesson will provide an opportunity for participants to share and ask questions.
Covering vibration and learn about the history of sound, how frequencies interact with one another and impact our state of consciousness, the roots of dis-ease and how sound can support well-being, and the use of intention to enhance the benefits of sound and meditation.
To complete each class we will learn a singing bowl technique application and an element of musical awareness including the tempo and dynamics.

Includes 4hr session instruction in foundations.

This is a 1/2 Day course taught to educate all in a workshop for foundations in sound healing crystal bowl application.
To be fully certified through IIOSHEM
we continue into day 2 with experimental opportunity for you to get a custom two bowls, sound frequency, and the speeds of Healing within your group or personal session & more.
