Regardless of your experience with meditation and/or instruments, we promise that our Foundations course in Vibration will meet you right where you are.The intention behind our introductory course is to empower you on your journey of self healing and personal expression by healing through the playing of Crystal Singing Bowls.
Used for self and group healing methods.
Each lesson will provide an opportunity for participants to share and ask questions.
Covering vibration understanding and learn about the history of sound, how frequencies interact with one another and the body. The impact of our state of consciousness, the roots of dis-ease and how sound can support well-being, and the use of intention to enhance the benefits of sound and meditation.
This class we equip you to learn the singing bowl technique application and an element of musical awareness including the tempo and dynamics.
