Through light movement, we'll awaken the body, ease any tension, and bring forth a sense of calm. We'll harness the power of breath to gently connect with our nervous systems, guiding our minds and bodies towards a serene MindSpace. And we'll delve into meditation, immersing ourselves in a space of focus and clarity, where the magic of the Moon amplifies our experience.
