PART ONE
• Introduction to the principles of energy healing
• Introduction to crystal healing, why crystals work and their benefits
• The many ways crystals can be used for healing
• How to look after your crystals: Cleansing/Clearing, Charging, programming
• Introduction to the human Energy field
• Chakras: what they are and their function
HALF WAY THROUGH -- SOME LUNCH
Our subtle energies, the chakras and aura, are well taken care of, being surrounded by all these wonderful crystals and the great company. But there comes a time we need to replenish our physical energies, a light, but healthy lunch will be provided ( approximately 30- 45 minutes)
PART TWO
• Introduction to how to use the different shapes and types of crystals and minerals.
• How you can balance your chakras and use crystals for your own benefit.
• Brief introduction to and how to use sound healing tools ( tuning forks, crystal & Tibetan singing bowls, drums etc.)
• And you get to “play” with a variety of crystals
PART THREE
Group Sound Meditation
The workshop will conclude with a group sound healing, using several Gong, Clear Quartz and Tibetan singing bowls and chimes as well as a variety of other sound healing tools.
About using sound.....
I do include sound during my crystal healing sessions. Though crystals are the main feature, however using singing bowls and a gong is always part of a session. I find, using both the vibration of crystals and sound greatly enhances the experience.
I also offer Sound Healing Sessions for individuals and groups booking using several Gongs, Singing Bowls and more....
