Join Sierra from Mindful Resonance for a 1-hour sound immersion experience in Scottsdale, AZ.
Guests will be laying down for the session as they relax through a mindfulness meditation and sound bath using Crystal Alchemy singing bowls, chimes, and gongs.
Yoga mats will be provided! Please dress comfortably and bring water. You are welcome to bring any other tools for additional comfort - a pillow, blanket, eye mask, etc.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before to get checked in and settled in!
