Sound without a doubt is the strongest tool that allows our consciousness to travel to known and unknown realities. We are in a time of release and purification. Sound is the doorway and the mirror to assimilate our feelings and emotions as we move forward to the next level of evolution to surrender fully to our heart space. The power of intention, gathering in groups, the feeling of love and creative art are the key to the fullest expression of the soul and fulfilling our destiny. This is the goal of our gathering.

During the soundbath the pure, high frequency sounds of the crystal bowls resonate and entrain with our physical, emotional and energetic bodies, bringing the possibility of clearing, cleansing and balancing at the cellular level.

Everything in the whole universe is vibrating all the time – even things that appear still, and even the cells of our bodies. As we are made up of up to 80% water, our bodies are brilliant conductors of sound, in the session your brain waves change from a Beta (waking state) to Theta & Delta (deep meditation state), this puts the body in the best state to heal itself, unlock blockages, release traumas and bring you to a deep relaxation.

Sound bath helps to:

• bring deep relaxation,
• develop self awareness,
• improve learning and clarify personal values.
• promote creativity.

Bring a mat, blanket, eye mask, sunscreen and an open heart to the beach.

You can also bring a sacred item (picture, crystal, mala or any sacred object) to be cleaned and charged energetically that you can take back with you.
