Are you an animal lover with a passion for baking?
Join us for a delightful afternoon of sourdough making while supporting a local shelter that provides care for animals in need.
This workshop is a perfect opportunity to learn the art of sourdough, meet fellow cat enthusiasts, and contribute to a great cause.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
A full immersion and hands on sourdough experience.
Our easy step-by-step class will have you baking healthy bread in no time.
Each student will learn:
🌾To feed and maintain the starter
🌾Techniques to mix and fold the dough
🌾Bulk fermentation
🌾The importance of shaping the dough
🌾What is Proofing all about
🌾What not to do
Students will leave with two loaves of prepped bread to bake at home and a mature jar of starter.
