CRUISING CANVAS: Next Generation Workshop
About this Event
Cruising Canvas: Next Generation Workshop
Inspiring the next generation of artists.
As part of Cruising Canvas: The Artistry of Lowriding, we’re inviting young aspiring artists to explore the craftsmanship and creative traditions behind lowrider artistry.
This free, hands-on workshop offers teens ages 13–18 an opportunity to learn directly from artists in the lowrider community through three introductory creative stations.
Explore Three Creative Stations
- Introduction to Leafing with Valerie Vargas
- Introduction to Pinstriping with PAW
- Lettering Fundamentals with Trevor Miller
No prior experience is necessary! All materials will be provided.
Beyond learning new techniques, this workshop is about encouraging creativity, sharing knowledge, and inspiring the next generation to carry these artistic traditions forward.
