Join us on a bike ride from RCCF to the Golden Mill.We will depart from the gym at 9:30 a.m. and ride the Ralston Creek and North Table Mountain trails to our final destination, the Golden Mill, where we will enjoy lunch and beverages on the patio.
Friends and Family encouraged!
Can't make the ride? Meet us at the Mill for lunch.
The 9:00 a.m. Saturday Class will be cancelled so take your fitness outside with us.
