Royal Caribbean Health Protocols

• It is recommended that guests are fully vaccinated against COVID-19, if they are eligible. While vaccination documents will not be required to board, we will ask that you disclose your vaccination status to us prior to boarding (via the app, on our website, or at the terminal). We recommend you bring your vaccination documents with you, as local authorities or businesses in some destinations require it for entrance.

COVID Testing

• Vaccinated guests won’t have to take a pre-cruise test on cruises that are shorter than 10 nights.
• Unvaccinated guests age 5 and up will need to test within 3 days before boarding, regardless of cruise length.
• We will begin accepting results from self-administered home tests.

• Guests 5 and up who are not fully vaccinated must bring a negative test result for a COVID-19 antigen or PCR test taken within the 3 days before boarding day, regardless the duration of their cruise.

• On sailings 10 night or longer, fully vaccinated guests age 5 and up must bring a negative test result for a COVID-19 antigen or PCR test taken within the 3 days before boarding day. Testing is not required for fully vaccinated guests on itineraries of 9 nights or fewer.

• Required testing for all guests, regardless of vaccination status, can be completed using any type of PCR or antigen COVID-19 test. It can be professionally proctored at your doctor or drugstore, or it can be a test you administer to yourself at home without supervision.

• Tests must be arranged on your own and are at your own expense.

• Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current.

• Additional Payment Methods: After your Initial Deposit is made via the website. Payments can be made through Paypal, Cash App, Zelle or with a Credit Card.
• An Invoice will be emailed out after your Initial Deposit is made
• Monthly Payment Reminders are sent out on the First of Each Month

Policies

• All payments are non-refundable/non-transferable.
• Please adhere to deposit deadlines, failure to do so will result in cancellation of your reservations.
• A $50 late fee will be added to all final payments received after the final due date of March 15th no exceptions.
• Passports ARE required!!!!!
• Please register in the name shown on your passport. 
• Travel Insurance is available through Allianz Insurance 
• It is best to pay your initial deposit as soon as possible to guarantee you are locked in at the above rates. 
• Rates are subject to increase.
• If you fail to make monthly payments, your reservations are subject to cancellation and all monies paid will be forfeited.
• It is imperative to make sure your roommate’s payments are made in a timely manner. If your roommate does not make timely payments or decides not to attend, you will be required to pay a higher Occupancy Rate.
• All correspondence regarding this trip is sent via email. Please provide an email address that is checked frequently.

Travel Documents Checklist

You'll need to have the following documents when you arrive to board the ship.

A Passport Book or Passport Card, valid for at least six months after your cruise, is strongly recommended. U.S. citizens that do not have a passport may present a state-certified U.S. Birth Certificate (not a "baby feet" hospital certificate or baptismal paper). Guests age 16 and older that present a Birth Certificate will also need to provide a valid Driver's License or picture ID issued by the government. International guests will need a passport book, valid for at least six months after your cruise.

COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card with the final dose of your vaccine administered at least 14 days before sailing. This is a requirement for all guests age 12 and older. Kids age 5 to 11 who have been fully vaccinated may present proof of vaccination and follow the protocols for vaccinated guests.

Health Questionnaire to be completed on our Royal Caribbean App the day before you board.

No Record of Birth certificate: a certificate issued by the Department of Health and Vital Statistics showing that they have no records on this person

Hospital certificate, hospital-issued birth notice, live record of birth or announcement of birth
