Presented and performed by Grammy-nominated Hannibal Lokumbe, Crucifixion Resurrection Nine Souls A Traveling" is a deeply moving work dedicated to the nine lives lost in the tragic shooting at Mother Emanuel AME Church in Charleston, South Carolina on June 17, 2015.
This performance marks the 10-year anniversary of that tragedy and honors those lives through music, remembrance, and community healing.

Before the concert, at 6PM, the community will gather for a Silent " Walk of Love" a moment of reflection and solidarity. To join us, please meet at Paul Quinn, AME Church 1108 Walnut St Bastrop dressed in white.
We will all walk together to the concert space.
" Please note that once the concert hall is sold out you would have to go to the overflow room, the church parish Hall"
