Croydon Neighbourhood Grant - Central East (Woodside and Shirley)
About this Event
Join the Croydon Neighbourhood Grant - Central East (Woodside & Shirley) Event!
Got an idea that could make a difference in your neighbourhood? Come along and be part of it. The Croydon Neighbourhood Grant is investing £240,000 across the borough, with up to £10,000 available for community projects that support the Adult Social Care and Health Strategy.
At this event, you'll hear directly from local organisations pitching their ideas for Addiscombe East, Park Hill & Whitgift, Shirley North, Shirley South, and Woodside — and you get a say in what gets funded. As a resident, your vote helps decide which projects go ahead.
What to expect:
- Meet community organisations from your area
- Hear their ideas for local projects
- Vote for the projects you'd like to see funded
- Enjoy food and conversation with your neighbours
Whether you're voting, pitching, or just curious about what's happening in your community, everyone's welcome. Come along and help shape where the funding goes.
Want to apply for funding instead? Community organisations can apply for up to £10,000 — applications close 27 July 2026: https://forms.office.com/e/D2RknXsnGz
