A very gentle, relaxing sound bath that can be used alone or with our series of 8 sessions. The crown chakra is all about connecting to all that there is around us. Let the sounds of Tibetan bowls, Crystalline singing bowls, chimes and our beautiful Earth gong, wash over you, bringing you into a deep state of relaxation as Lesley guides you through a visualisation to help on this journey to relaxation. Cost is £15 per session, or pay for all 8 upfront for a discount - total cost £100. Health in Harmony Gold Members take off an additional 10%.
