We will be doing an 8-week series of classes delving into the different Chakras and all the benefits that come along with doing so! Come into class and receive the gifts of a regular Yoga practice!

We are on our 7th Chakra, will work energy of the Crown or Sahasrara.
If we think of Chakras as subtle energy centers running from the base of our spine all the way up to the crown of the head, we will associate different asanas (poses), along with some other modalities to help enhance and heal ourselves.
Crown Chakra: In Sanskrit, Sahasrara
Color: Violet or white
Stones: Moonstone, Crystal quartz, pearl, calcite, diamond, amethyst
Essential Oils: Vetiver, Frankincense, lotus & Palo Santo
Body parts receiving: Brain, spinal cord, pineal gland
Psychologically: Enlightenment, Universe, Devine, God

Class times:
Mondays: 7-815pm Candlelight Yoga and Restore
Wednesdays: 4-5pm Vinyasa flow
Friday morns: at 10am Gentle flow
