* 19:15–19:25 Welcome to Bills and Beats. Quick introduction to the evening, the workshop and what attendees should leave with.
* 19:25–19:40 Why Crowdfunding? What crowdfunding can fund, who it works for, different models and what makes a campaign compelling.
* 19:40–20:05 Build Your Campaign. Interactive exercise: define your project, funding target, audience and what you're asking people to support.
* 20:05–20:15 Networking Break -- Refreshments + informal networking.
* 20:15–20:35 Turn Fans into Backers. Campaign storytelling, building anticipation, communicating your ask and creating rewards/perks.
* 20:35–20:55 Crowdfunding Clinic. Small-group discussion or hot-seat exercise. Attendees test their campaign idea and get feedback.
* 20:55–21:00 Your 30-Day Action Plan Everyone identifies their next three actions before launching.
